Instructions:

For the cinnamon rolls, put the ingredients for the dough in a baking bowl, grind finely between your fingers (important: the butter must be cooled down!), knead into a dough and let it rest for half an hour.

Now mix the ingredients for the filling properly.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 to 4 minutes, spread with the filling and roll up. Cut into 1 cm thick pieces.

Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper, brush with egg and bake the cinnamon rolls in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 15 to 20 minutes.
