For the club sandwiches, preheat the oven to 240 °C. Wash the chicken and dry with kitchen paper.

Season the inside with paprika and salt, brush the outside with a mixture of oil, paprika and salt.

Roast the chicken in the oven, brushing it with the oil mixture in between. Cut the meat into slices.

Spread white bread with mayonnaise and top with the meat. Wash lettuce leaves, drain well and place on meat.

Fry bacon until crisp, cool and spread on lettuce leaves. Wash tomatoes and cut into thin slices.

Place on the sandwiches and season the club sandwiches with salt and pepper.
