For the coconut balls, boil coconut milk, butter and sugar, stir in semolina, cocosette and rum and let swell for 20 minutes.

Let the mixture cool for a few hours in the refrigerator. Form balls, dip in chocolate icing and sprinkle with cocosette.

Place the coconut balls in small paper bags.
