For the coconut balls, crumble dry cake scraps and knead the coconut liqueur, curd and as much powdered sugar as you like into a malleable mass.

Use more or less coconut liqueur depending on the dryness of the cake. Form small balls from the mixture and roll them in coconut oil. Store the balls in the refrigerator!
