Coconut Chocolate Cake

For the coconut chocolate cake beat egg whites and sugar until foamy, mix with coconut flakes and pour into a buttered baking dish.

Beat egg yolks, sugar, egg and oil, add vanilla sugar, warmed chocolate, milk, flour, baking powder and pour on top of egg white mixture rather in the center.

Bake at 150 °C for about 1 hour.
