Instructions:

For the coconut cream slices, preheat the oven to 160 C° hot air. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cream butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add eggs a little at a time and continue to beat.

Add a dash of rum. Stir in milk as needed. Mix the flour with baking powder, sift and fold in. Pour batter onto baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes, then let cool.

For the cream, prepare 2 packages of coconut pudding with 3/4 liter of milk, 1 package of vanilla sugar and 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Allow to cool.

Whip the cream with cream stiffener until stiff and carefully fold into the cooled pudding. Spread the coconut mixture on the cooled base, sprinkle with coconut oil.
