For the cod à la sugar cat, boil potatoes in salted water until soft.

Defrost cod (either let thaw slowly at room temperature or thaw in pan over low heat).

Add peanut oil to the pan, add whipping cream, salt, pepper, sprinkle some caraway seeds into the sauce (not too much!) and add the cod. Finally, add the chopped chives or parsley and let it warm up in the pan over medium heat or simmer slightly.

Once the potatoes are cooked through and the fish is ready with the sauce, arrange the cod à la sugar cat on plates.
