For gratinated cod fillet, preheat the oven to 200°. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into fine rings.

Cream the butter in a bowl, stir in the herbs and onion rings and season with salt and pepper. Then stir in the breadcrumbs and chill the mixture briefly.

Cut the fish fillets in half, season with salt and pepper and place in a lightly buttered baking dish. Now spread the herb mixture on the fillets and pour the white wine over them.

Put the dish in the oven and bake the cod for 10 to 12 minutes.
