Sprinkle cod fillets with juice of one lemon, marinate for 15 min. Place fish fillets in a grill- and microwave-safe dish and sprinkle with salt, basil, oregano and pepper. Rinse tomatoes, cut into slices and place between the fish fillets like a roof tile. Sprinkle minced anchovies and grated cheese over fish and tomatoes. Drizzle oil over the top. Place the dish without the lid in the microwave combination oven on shelf height 0. Set the broiler to level 1 and the microwave to 600 watts and cook the cod fillets for 14 minutes. Garnish the fish dish with basil leaves before serving.
