Mix garlic, dill, oil, white wine, salt and pepper. Marinate the fish pieces in it for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, defrost the puff pastry and roll it out on a floured surface to the size of the fish pieces and rest a little. Place the marinated fish on four of the prepared puff pastry pieces. Brush the edges with egg and place the remaining puff pastry pieces over the fish. Press the edges well to smooth them. Brush the surface of the puff pastry packets with egg and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven heated to 220 °C for about 15 minutes.

Serve with mustard sauce.
