For the cold asparagus platter, place lettuce leaves on a flat plate, marinate with a little balsamic vinegar. Place the cooked asparagus tips on top. Then place the radish slices between the asparagus.

Add the sausage slices in rolls. Sprinkle the paprika cubes on top. Mix yogurt, eggs, salt, mustard and pepper to a sauce.

Place the egg sauce in the middle of the plate. Decorate with herbs and serve the cold asparagus platter.
