Line a loaf pan with tin foil or cling film.

For the chocolate mixture, beat the eggs with the fine sugar, cocoa and rum.

Dissolve the palmine on the kitchen stove and add it to the chocolate mixture, stirring a lot. The entire amount should be viscous.

Then it’s time to layer, alternating chocolate mixture and cookies.
