Score tomatoes crosswise at the blossom, pour boiling hot water over them, leave in water for a short time, skin and cut off. Cut peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cut off. Rinse spring onions and cut into small rings. Rinse cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Remove the skin from the garlic and crush it.

Put all prepared vegetables and oil in a large enough bowl and purée, adding vegetable soup as needed.

Season the soup strongly with paprika, salt and freshly ground pepper and set aside to cool.

Hard the egg, cut the feta into small cubes, remove the peel from the garlic and cut into small slices, cut the bread into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic slices in it until crispy, remove with a slotted spoon and shape into a dessert dish.

Add the butter to the oil in the frying pan and fry the bread cubes until crispy. Take them out and put them in a dessert dish.

Put the feta cubes in a dessert dish and sprinkle with dill.

Coarsely chop the egg and place in a dessert bowl.

Put the cold soup and the dessert bowls on the table – everyone helps themselves according to their own taste.
