For the colorful cauliflower salad, remove the stalk from the cauliflower florets and place them in the chopper.
For the dressing, blend the tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, a quarter red bell bell pepper, a quarter yellow bell bell pepper, Medjool dates, pineapple chunks, a few pieces of green onion, 2 large tomatoes, 10 cherry tomatoes and half the avocado in a blender.
Cut the remaining vegetables into small pieces and put everything in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and decorate the colorful cauliflower salad with herbs, wild herbs, daisies,…. decorate.
