For the boiled pork belly, first put cold water with ginger, garlic, onion and meat and bring to a boil. Then simmer for about 1 hour. Strain the water and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.

For the sauce, mix all ingredients in a pot. Add the meat and simmer gently until the meat takes on the color of the soy sauce slightly and is soft enough to be eaten easily with chopsticks. Arrange the cooked pork belly and garnish with grated beer radish, if desired.
