Instructions:

Bring water to a boil in a suitable pot, lightly salt if necessary. Put meat in and cook, covered, until tender, about 1 1/2-2 hours.

Lift out again and cut into slices.

Arrange on plates, pour over some cooking juices and sprinkle with freshly chopped chives or parsley.
