Instructions:

Beat sugar and butter until creamy. Gradually add the eggs. Add vanilla sugar and baking soda, stir until creamy. Knead in flour and starch flour, rest for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough to the thickness of the back of a knife. Press on pattern with a potato grater, cut into 3 x 4 cm pieces. Bake at 180 °C for about 12 minutes.
