Instructions:

Separate the eggs for the curd cheese and vanilla cake and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the yolks with the sugar until foamy. Add the pulp of a vanilla pod, lemon juice and lemon zest.

Slowly add the oil. Drain the curd and add. Mix flour with baking powder and fold in. Finally, fold in beaten egg whites.

Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 160 °C for approx. 40 minutes.
