Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!

Clean the mushrooms, rinse briefly and cut into quarters. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms in it over medium heat until hearty.

Fold in the saffron. Add the whipping cream and cook the sauce in an open saucepan by half.

In the meantime, bring enough salted water to boil and cook the pasta al dente.

Season the saffron cream with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon.

Add the crayfish tails and heat them in the sauce for about three minutes. Serve with the pasta on two hot plates. Serve with lettuce and a dry white wine.
