For the cranberry doughnuts, knead flour, salt, whipped cream and rum in a bowl with the dough hook until smooth. Chill for 20 minutes. Roll out dough 50 x 30 and precut 15 slices and place 1 KL jam in the center of each slice.

Moisten 2nd half of dough with a little water and fold over 1st half of dough. Cut out doughnuts with the cookie cutter around the jam portions. Knead remaining dough together, let rest and process in same way as before.

Fry the cranberry doughnuts in hot oil for about 1.5 minutes each.
