Mix all ingredients in a medium baking bowl and prepare a smooth dough.
Grease the baking pan and place the dough on it. The edges should be thicker than the center.
Bake at 220 °C. The time is indicated in the individual fillings.
The pizza should cool for 5 min. before serving.
Leftovers can be frozen.
Suggestions for freezing or chilling: Untopped dough: shape into appropriate package, up to 12 hours before topping and baking.
Leftovers: wrap and refrigerate or possibly freeze.
Reheating chilled pizza: cover and bake at 220 °C for about 35-45 min.
Reheating frozen pizza: cover and bake at 220 °C for 1 and a quarter hours.
