Instructions:

Carrots peeled and cut into coarse pieces, soften in the soup with the lid closed for about 15 min.

Toast bread and cut into sticks.

Add cream cheese and orange juice to soup, blend with hand blender. Arrange and bring to the table with the toast sticks.

Season with coriander and garam masala.
