For the cream of cauliflower soup, clean the cauliflower, remove the stalk and cut into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and carrots and steam in a little salted water until soft.

Roast the oat flakes a little in the coconut oil. Add the soft vegetables together with the salt water to the oat flakes and mash. Add Rama cremefine and nutmeg and season with soup seasoning.

If necessary, add a little more water and puree again to give the cream of cauliflower soup a creamy consistency.
