For the garlic cream soup, peel the garlic cloves, heat them in a little butter until translucent, add vegetable soup or beef broth.

Add the milk as well as the old bread rolls. Let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Puree with a blender until frothy. Toast bread, cut into small cubes and sprinkle on top.
