For the cream of herbs soup, fry the flour in the margarine, add the garlic, herbs and spices and pour in the beef broth.

Let it boil down well.

Mix the cream with the yolk and before serving, add the cream to the soup (do not boil it anymore).

Sprinkle the herb cream soup with roasted bread cubes and serve hot.
