For the cream of zucchini soup, cut potatoes and zucchini into small cubes. Simmer in vegetable soup (you can also use water and vegetable cubes) until soft.

Add whipped cream and puree finely. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil again briefly. Arrange the zucchini cream soup and serve.
