Instructions:

For the crumble cake with fruit, mix the margarine until smooth, gradually add the sugar and eggs and continue mixing until the sugar is dissolved.

Add 1 pinch of salt and the lemon zest. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in gradually. Spread the batter on a greased baking sheet. Top with fruit (cut plums in half, apples in eighths).

For the crumble, cream margarine, add flour, sugar, chopped almonds, lemon zest and cinnamon and mix well. Pour the crumble over the fruit on the dough.

Bake the crumble cake with fruit in a preheated oven at 225 °C for about 30 minutes.
