For the crumble cake with plums, put all the ingredients for the yeast dough in a bowl and mix with a mixer (dough hook) to form a dough.
Let the yeast dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size. Then flatten the yeast dough and roll it out into a rectangle (26 x 16.5 cm) and place it in a baking pan or on a baking tray.
Cut the plums into quarters and place them with the inside on the dough.
