Instructions:

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Butter the cup cake pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Chop the almond kernels or grind them in a hand mixer.

Rinse the raisins in hot water, drain and dry in a kitchen towel.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Cream the butter with the sugar. Gradually stir in the eggs, curd, salt and lemon zest. Mix the flour with the custard powder and the baking powder, then mix with the almond kernels and the raisins. Stir the flour over the mousse form and quickly.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smooth the surface and bake the cake on the lowest rack in the heated oven for 60 min.

Cool the cake in the mold for about 10 min, turn it out onto a cooling rack and sprinkle with the powdered sugar.
