Instructions:

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Knead flour, baking powder, a quarter of the sugar, eggs, salt (I) and cold fat in flakes until smooth. Leave to cool for about 30 minutes.

Beat the remaining eggs, sugar (Ii) and half of the vanilla sugar until creamy. Fold in pudding, curd, juice of one lemon and sauce powder.

Grease springform pan base (26 cm ø). Roll out the dough on it. Spread with Powidl and close the edge of the pan. Pour in the curd mixture. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for about half an hour. Clean, rinse and pit the plums. Quarter the plums or score them a little bit.

Cover cake with plums and bake for another 45 minutes. Cool. Heat jelly and spread on plums. Sprinkle with hail sugar.
