For the curd-cherry cake, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat yolks and soft butter until creamy. Stir milk with vanilla pudding powder until smooth.

Mix in curd cheese, vanilla pudding powder, semolina well, also mix in cherries and snow.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan sprinkled with crumbs. Bake the curd-cherry cake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 45 minutes.
