For the curd cheese-oil dough cake, prepare the curd cheese-oil dough, roll out thinly (about a quarter cm thick) on a greased baking sheet.

Brush well with melted butter and cover densely with plum quarters.

Bake at a good medium heat (200-220 °C) for about 25-30 minutes. Cover the cake with aluminum foil for the first half of the baking time.

Let cool briefly and sprinkle with sugar.
