Instructions:

For the curd poppy seed dumplings, drain the curd, mix with remaining ingredients and leave to infuse for 2 hours.

Boil some water in a pot, perfume with some rum. Form dumplings from the curd dough, fill each with 1 raspberry (or blackberry) and boil down.

Let it simmer on low heat for about 8-10 minutes. In a frying pan, foam the butter, toast the breadcrumbs until golden.

Lift the dumplings out of the water, drain and roll in the breadcrumbs. Drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and serve.
