Preheat the oven to 170°C for the puff pastry strudel. Roll out the puff pastry a little. Mix the curd cheese, sour cream, egg, melted butter, sugar, semolina, lemon zest, salt and rum raisins and spread the mixture on the puff pastry, leaving about 2cm free at the edges. Roll up the strudel from one side. Brush the surface with melted butter and bake in the preheated oven for about 45 – 50 minutes until golden brown. Before serving, sprinkle the puff pastry strudel with powdered sugar.
