Put 1 l of squeezed juice with a quarter of a liter of water and 1/2 kg of sugar in a wide baking bowl on the fire, boil for 2 minutes, skim, filter and fill into the heated bottles. The method of preparation is the same for red and white currants. Sterilization time is 10 minutes at 90 °C.
In the juice apparatus, 30 dkg of sugar is sprinkled on 1 kg of berries, exposed to steam for 1/2 hour.
