Instructions:

For the dandelion honey, boil the flowers with the lemon slices and the water for about half an hour. Strain all ingredients (sieve and cloth) and simmer with the sugar – slowly stir in – for 2 hours. Fill into jars. Note: Only when the dandelion honey cools down, the honey becomes solid!
