Chop the ginger plums very finely and divide evenly into 4 tall mugs. Whip the whipped cream until stiff, then gradually stir in the ginger syrup. Season the hot coffee with cardamom and coriander. Evenly distribute Gammel Dansk Bitter Dram over the ginger pieces and pour the coffee into the mugs.

Finally, top each cup with a dollop of cream and dust with a sprinkle of drinking chocolate powder.

Tip: Do you prefer milk chocolate or dark chocolate? Depending, use whichever you like better.
