Instructions:

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Prepare a puff pastry. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm and cover with washed, chopped fruit and grated almonds, sprinkling with sugar.

Cut the dough into two long strips and roll them up one by one, lengthwise, to make long rolls. Intertwine each of these into a pretzel shape. Brush with egg yolk.

Bake on a baking tray moistened with water at 225 °C for about 40 minutes.
