For the devil’s meat, chop the onions and fry them. Then add the diced meat and let it roast. Add paprika and tomato paste and pour water.

After half the cooking time, add the finely chopped gherkins, capers and hot peppers and let simmer until done.

Before serving, dust the devil’s meat with flour to make the sauce more creamy.
