Instructions:

Stir the goat cheese with the whipped cream until creamy. Season with nutmeg, pepper, salt and cayenne pepper and finally stir in the chives.

Mix well the juice of one lemon, honey, balsamic vinegar and oil and stir in the pink pepper. Rinse, quarter and seed the grapes and mix with the marinade.

On two plates, pile the goat cheese in the center and surround with the marinated pigeon salad.
