A delicious recipe for the asparagus season:

Peel eggs. Chop very finely. Peel and finely dice shallot. Rinse chervil, shake dry and chop. Set some aside.

Melt butter, sauté shallots in it. Add whipped cream, eggs and chopped chervil. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Serve garnished with the remaining chervil.
