Instructions:

For the egg dish, beat the eggs in a bowl and whisk with a dash of milk.

Finely dice the ham and tomatoes and stir in. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Dice onion and fry in a pan with a little oil until translucent. Pour egg mixture over and stir with a wooden spoon until the egg is set.
