Instructions:

* Mix butter, 100 g salt, lemon zest, powdered sugar and egg. Sift flour and cornstarch, knead into butter mixture with almond kernels and spices. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for about 1 hour.

* Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of approx. 5 mm and cut out cookies with a large star cutter. Cut out a small star in the center of each half of the cookies.

* Bake the cookies in a heated oven at 180 °C (U: 160 °C /G: level 3) for about 8-10 minutes. Dust the cookies with about 20 g of powdered sugar. Mix remaining powdered sugar with egg liqueur until smooth, coat entire cookies with it, place cut-out cookies on top.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
