For the egg omelet, whisk the eggs and set aside. Cut the ham, bacon and mushrooms. Peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry in a small pan until golden brown.

Then add ingredients to the pan and sauté as well. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and cheese. When everything is fried, pour the eggs over it as if you were making pancakes.

Then put the tomatoes on top and sprinkle the cheese on one half of the pancakes. Then put spices and garlic on top. I always use Italian spices. Let the whole thing fry for 2 minutes, then fold the half without cheese over the other.

Remove from the pan and serve.
