Instructions:

For the egg on the tower, chop the onion and fry a little in the margarine. Finely chop the sliced mushrooms, ham or sausage and add. Let it brown briefly.

Now add the rice and pour 3 cups of water. Cover and place in the preheated oven and steam for about 20 minutes.

After steaming, pour into pudding molds and turn out onto plates.

Place fried eggs on top.

Serve as a side dish with the egg on the tower green salad.
