Instructions:

For the elderberry syrup, bring the water to a boil with the sugar.

Cut the lemons and limes into slices, put them in a large balloon with the flower umbels and pour the syrup over them. Leave the mixture in the sun for 5 days, then pour the elderberry syrup through a sieve, pour into bottles and seal.
