Instructions:

Mix butter, half of the sugar and the yolks until thick and creamy. Fold in nuts, softened chocolate and cocoa. Mix flour with baking powder and gently mix together with beaten egg whites with the second half of the sugar until very stiff. Bake in a greased cake pan for about 30 minutes at 175 to 200 °C.

Spoon out cooled cake base except for 1-2 cm edge and bottom and crumble this amount, mix with whipped cream, rum and chocolate and pour into the mold one more time. The dome smooth cake is sprinkled with grated chocolate.
