A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Prepare a kneaded dough from the ingredients listed and chill for about 20 min. Roll out a quarter of the dough on the greased springform pan base and place in the preheated oven.

Bake three more layers in the same way. After baking, remove from the baking tray on the spot.

Divide one cake on the baking sheet into 16 pieces and spread with melted cooking chocolate.

For the filling, whip whipped cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff. Spread whipped cream on two cake layers, place on top of each other and place third cake layer on top. Mark 16 cake pieces. Place remaining whipped cream in a piping bag and fill marked pieces with tightly piped loops. Arrange the cooking chocolate cake pieces so that the cake looks like a fan.
