The farmer’s pan is easy to prepare. Boil potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Cabanossi and onion cut into slices. Cut tomatoes into eighths.

Heat the oil in a pan, fry the potato cubes. Add cabanossi, fry onion briefly. Add tomatoes as well. Mix everything carefully, add salt and pepper. Beat eggs and pour over the farmer’s pan.

Cut sheep cheese into cubes, spread on top and bake in preheated oven at 220°C for 5 – 6 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle herbs over the farmer’s pan.
