It is very suitable as a leftover use of cooked potatoes, sausage or meat and a quick to prepare dinner.

Bacon cut into cubes, stew until translucent. Peel the cooked potatoes, cut them into not too narrow slices and fry them on both sides in the bacon. Mix the eggs with 3 tbsp. water and salt, pour them over the fried potatoes in the frying pan and let them set. Cut the sausage or ham into cubes, add to the dish and sprinkle with parsley.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
